Mushroom schnitzel!

    This tastes sooo good. Thats what made it hard being vego, giving up all that is crumbed and deep fried... then I found

    INGREDIENTS
    One Large field mushroom (or just regular mushroom cups)

    Egg (whisked)

    Bread Crumbs

    Herbs (oregano, garlic, paprika) etc

    METHOD
    • Wipe the mushies with a damp cloth
    • Remove stalk
    • Coat in egg
    • Coat in crumbs
    • Deep fry till golden brown.
    • Let drain on some paper toweling
    • Serve with steamed veggies or chips or salad or whatever... tastes awesome.
