The risk of any psycedelic is the mental aspect. Buit in my opinion as long as you understand and are prepared for the trip, you will not have any problems.
Mushrooms and Acid are not dangerous in a psychical way
they do not damage your body or your brain tissue.
Both of these drugs have a chemical that closely relates to the chemical serotonin that your brain makes

A common misconception is that mushrooms are posion, and that is what causes the effects.

It is true that the mushroom is very hard for your stomach to digest, but you can not be posioned by the right mushroom. Often people go mushroom picking in the wild and they do not know the proper identification techniques, many mushrooms look alike, and they pick one that is poison.

Some people prefer acid over mushrooms, some the other way around, both of them can be very strong psychedelics. Acid will last longer then mushrooms, but other then that it all comes down to your personal experience.
