So i had not worked out for a while and i did yesterday and my muscles are super sore, do u think pot would help with this?
I am a bodybuilder and I know alot of knowledge on certain things about workouts, and etc. You never worked out for along time, so now that your back in the gym your muscle are obviousley gonna be sore from the break you took because its not used to it. Smoking pot will not help, what will help is showering (hot water) also massaging the sore parts and getting a good night sleep. This will give muscle a relaxed feeling and sooth it. Don't worry about the soreness, its not really a bad thing anyway.
