mt. st. helens

i just saw a commercial showing what is gonna be on the news at 6, and it had a breaking news thing about mt. st. helens!! it's gonna blow again?!!! what's going on? has anyone heard about it

 

ive seen st.helens in 3 different news reports the last two days.. on 3 different subject matters. so im not sure which your news was goin on about

 

It's supposed to blow soon, I believe. My dad lives in Federal Way Washington, so I hope it's a mild eruption like their predicting

 

they said that its steaming and that it's going to errupt again. what have you seen about it?
i don't watch the news alot, that's why i'm asking

yeah i seen that it was steaming again. but they arnt too sure whats going to happen.

 

It already erupted, folks -- about an hour ago. It was only a minor eruption, though.

 

Wow..i went to Mt. St. Helens once, left my headlights on like a dumbass, and spent the night huddled in my freezing car waiting till morning....

Anyway, good thing its not Mt. Ranier or else good bye Seattle, and well Tacoma-although you won't be missed

 

This is what Mt. St. Helens looks like right now. There was a steam release eruption but nothing major. Airport traffic is being diverted. Its sad that 54 people died when Mt. St. Helens originally erupted.

 

The volcano cam (updated every 5 minutes) shows a trickle of lava coming down. Not sure if that's normal, but I'm guessing not.

The people that died were too stubborn to get off a volcano while it was erupting...I don't feel sorry for them.....


there is lava, wow, I think there was only ash coming out the first time.

 

i hope yellowstone errupts before i die. that would be fun
