Hooray for [good] metal, but boo for the fat chick who fell through the floor, and boo for that whiny born again Christian guy (the fact he bothered to mention his faith is pretty pathetic). In my mind a sound argument for legalization goes something along the lines of "It's already widly available despite costly enforcement, and people will smoke it if they feel like doing so: stop wasting our tax dollars trying to change that because it has never worked and all indication is it never will." It really all boils down to a simple sense vs. sensibility argument IMO, and there's aready plenty of teary eyed testimonies to go around for every other "radical" cause under the sun - how far has that gotten them when shock value and TV ratings weren't involved?
