Movie advice

I am going out on a date tonight or tomorrow, so I need a good movie to see. Or at least as good as Hollywood movies get. I don't have a fucking clue as to what's out there, and I haven't even been to the movies in a few years as I am not very big into newer mainstream American movies.

Any help would be appreciated. I am not really looking for anything in particular, just something that doesn't suck too bad, which would be suited to take a woman to.

 

What kind of woman? We tend to have a wide variety of tastes.

Does she go to movies often? Might want to check up with what's she's already seen.

 

Oh man. I just looked at my local listings. They all look like awful piles of crap.

If you can find a theater that's still showing Life of Pi, maybe? (Seems my local is still showing it, even though it was a Dec. release)

 

I just did the same thing and got the same results. I can't recommend anything from the current listings. You might be better off taking her out to listen to music or dance. That is if there is any good music in the area you live in.

Ha... I really wish I could just skip the movie and get on with what I really want. That sounds terrible, but it's how I feel.

give her a few options of what is playing at the theater you are going too
and let her decide which movie she would like to see.

 

Skip the movie, have a couple of drinks instead, and get on with it.

It looks like we're just going to go out to dinner tomorrow instead. Kind of sucks, because I have to work tomorrow night and therefore won't be able to have as much fun as I'd like (drinking, etc.)

Having dinner is a way better than going to the movies. I think going to the movies is for when you been dating for awhile, but that's just me.
