Quebec has the cheapest education in North America. As a Quebec resident, I pay 1300$ CAD per semester in Commerce (its double or triple for Americans) and when I finish school (3 year program for Quebec students) and get into Chartered Accounting (1 year on-the-job training, its equivalent to the CPA I beleive) the average starting pay is around $60,000/year now (same pay in Canada/USA CAD/USD). The point is, its much cheaper to go to school here than the states, for those of you short on cash. Though finding a part time job may be a problem. In montreal there is Concordia University (well known for business, engineering) and McGill (medicine, science) which are nationally reconized schools. McGill is considered right up there with Harvard for a fraction of the price.
