I haven't seen it yet, but I'm not sure I like the idea of it. Although, to be honest I haven't heard that much about it yet. Anyone out there seen it? What's it like? What do you other guys think of che guevara's travels around South America being made into a movie? :)

I would really like to see it. Sounds like a good idea of a movie to me.

    A very good film.
It has nothing to do with socialism and revolution, lets get that straight.
It's a road movie, young discovery type movie.
I enjoyed every minute of it and heartily recommend it!
The people of the time and the land are captured very well.

I thought the movie was excellent, I saw it while it was still in theaters,. The other day I was at the a video rental and it caught my eye. I recommend you see the movie, but like someone said earlier it is not about his revolution, it's about the young che. It's a beautiful movie and was made with quality :)

I loved it so much. I felt inclined to not see it because I'm so tired of everyone in my area going on and on about how much they love Che Gueverra. It annoys me to see him a T-shirt icon, but I realized that that has nothing to do with the movie so I saw it. And it was wonderful.

I was wondering, to those who've seen the film and read the book, which one do you perfer. I want to read the book because it is actually the diary of Che and his travells.

The movie was excellent. It shows Che as he realizes the need for revolution whilst traveling through poorer areas of the countryside.

    I FUCKEN love this movie!!!!!!
I've seen it like 8 times already. It's about Che (he's nickname is actually "el fuser" at that time) when he was just 23 years old as a undergrad medical student especializing in leprosy. He travelled with a friend named Alfredo Grando with his "old-aged, and leaky" Northon 50 motorcyle. This movie is like Jack Kerouac's "On the Road."

Is it in Spanish? I really want to see it, but would have more of a drive if it was in Spanish. I love all things Latin American and Spanish, so it's really unbelievable that I haven't seen it yet. I reaaaaaally need to lay off of the Almodovar for awhile...

Yes, it is in Spanish. You should see it; you will like it, I think.

On a lighter note: What's an Almodovar?
