What gets you motivated each day? Are there certain tasks, that you drag your feet to complete? Are you one of those that puts things off, to the last minute?
A nice hot cup of coffee to start the morning, along with watching the local news and weather, really helps me.
You can never go wrong if you give your best. I try to give my best all the time, but sometimes folks gotta settle for 80 percent from me. That’s still above average, but not so exhausting for me
I've been unofficially retired for the past 11 years, so...I just goof off, and do whatever I feel like. I want to travel, but I was too young to draw from my IRA, or to draw Social Security. So, with no income, just living off my savings...I couldn't really afford to travel. But...I am now of an age where I can draw from my IRA. So, my plan now is to continue being frugal, draw an amount from my IRA that won't create a tax burden for me, and save as much as possible, to spend on an overseas trip in a year or so. So, that's my motivation. Also, once I get a little "disposable" income...start getting my motorcycles fixed up, back on the road. Then I can also make some road trips around the U.S. when the urge hits me.
The rising sun usually motivates me, but if it's dreary outside, I can feel it in me bones. Otherwise, a kind word or smile from others is also encouraging. In any case, environment does play its role for me.
