How do you make like something looks like it is in motion in painting? Like if I wanted to look like cars going or people moving around.........................

Well it would be done with natural blur lines. You would have to blur the right area of the image to make movement see mapparent

I just found this random image on google, but if you see the background is blurred where as the focal point, or the moving image is in focus. it would envolve doing this if it was something moving at speed, the faster the speed the more the blur.
Also if its people then its about positioning of bodies, and hair, if the body is ridgid then it wont look lie its moving, however a fluid body, positioned right with parhaps movement in the hair if the hair is long (aka wind pulling a few strands up) then this will create the implication of movemtn. Tjhe best thing i sujjest is to look at photographs (or take photographs) of moving things and recreate them taking nots of whats different.
    good luck.

experiment not only with blurring the background but with blurring the object itself and keeping the background clear. You can blur the object in its entirty tho you want to be experimenting with blurring parts of a given object more than others as a person doesnt always move at one speed. another method is to overlay parst of the same image and vary the transparency. Ie to catch someone wawing you will find that you need to paint three or four arms (remember the pivot point) and they may be different trnsparencies and in even or uneven positions.

Get a camera on slow shutter speed and ctch images of movement .. try panning and try holding the camera still try lights on the moving object as lights leave a path to suggest movement ..

you can suggest movement without even blurring anything at all ...
    experiment .. try everything

also try different focal points ie .. not just movement from left to right but towards you as if you are being sucked into the picture or vice versa ..

I saw some great paintings in a contemporary gallery of movement which were stunning .. the gallery was in notting hill .. i cant remember the name but if you are in notting hill go look for it it is on the main thourogfare and there is a motorbike in the window .. sorry i cant be mmore helpful

    Peace
