carpal tunnel syndrome is from bending your wrist too much, which causes your carpal tunnel to become blocked.

Sitting in the grass, on a nice warm day, with my back to the sun...
And also lying in my bed, listening to music while looking out my window. Oh yeah man, thats relaxing...

hey bird you should join us sometime so we can hear you play your guitar
we use a program called paltalk, 'tis free
    http://download.paltalk.com/download/0.x/pal_install.exe
Let's you send vocal streams to whoever is in the room. Ginge says honeyhannah is going to join us sometime too. Very exciting, to get the birdman in there.

    *does cartwheels* :D

Honeyhannah may not be coming anytime soon, though. :( She can't stay logged on for longer than two minutes. I'm wondering if she has that Sasser virus...

I can assure you that you would not want that. :D
I downloaded that program and now I am wandering around aimlessly to see if anything constructive happens.

My most relaxing thing is being on the beach - and being in a calm mood (Unfortunately, that hasn't happened in a while).

    How I relax:

    Spa filled with Holy Water.

Giving wrong lottery numbers to unbelievers.

Driving the Cardinals crazy by keeping the Pope alive another 50 years.

Counting the gross I made from the bingo nights.
