In this Thread...I Would Like to tell you of my morse Code Experiance... Often...At Night...I Hear morse Code in my Head... It Goes on for Some Hours... It is Quite Annoying...When One is Trying to Sleep... I Have put this Down to Either... -Tinnitus -Aliens -Military Something -Some mental Hallucinating State
Hmmmm...velly intellesting.... Dr. DQ suggests several things that may be causing this: Auditory hallucinations (in other words, you're crazy! ) Receiving Morse Code (CW) transmissions from a nearby ham radio operator. Diabolical possession :reddevil: or.... Something else. The military quit using morse code years ago, so I think we can rule that out. However, ham radio operators still use it to a degree. There have been a number of cases over the years where people's metal dental work or fillings somehow ended up being tuned to the exact frequency of a local radio station and they were forced to listen to these signals from the radio station 24 hours a day until somebody figured out what was going on and removed the thing from their mouths. If that's what's happening to you, you could be close enough to some ham radio operator to be getting these signals from him through some dental work. I rather doubt it's aliens from outer space, :alien: since they must be more advanced than we are, so it's highly doubtful that they're using morse code anymore... I often hear high pitched whining/buzzing. Well, not often, 'bout once every week or two. Plus our tv in the living room makes a different buzzing tone than the random one mentioned above, whenever the screen is mostly white or a really like colour (ie nearly white)... apparently I'm the only one who hears it though I've trained myself to mostly ignore it cuz, well, people look at you crazy when you're all "where's that noise coming from?" and they don't hear anything unusual
The morse Code I Hear is Exactly Like morse Code...Only Slightly more High Pitched... It Seems I am the Only Person Who can hear it...And I Only Seem to be Able to Hear it at Night...Although any Room in my House I Can Hear it...But Starts Off in my Bedroom... Appears to Come From the Right Side of my Head more...Constant Beeping that Resembles morse Code... At Night I make Sure Every Plug Socket is Plug Free...Incase the House Goes on Fire in my Sleep... But the morse Code Seems Very much Wedged inside my Head...When All is Quiet it is so Annoying...Yet it won't Stop...Until I Fall Asleep... It Only Happens at Night...And it Seems Only I Can Hear it... I am Thinking...Hoping...It Could be Due to Tinnitus Caused by Ear Tumors and Gunky Infections I Have had Recently..And Not because I am Going mad...
hmm...i'd rather be going mad. perhaps you're more tapped into the sounds of your central nervous system at night. i'm sure that could sound like a number of things, morse code definitely being one of them.
Sad I think I may be experiencing something similar to what you are describing, although it is constant it's not always the same sound, different vibrations and different waves of sound, lots of music and plenty of madness
