I find that the ejaculate from a normal session is thick & creamy, without too much power behind it - barely oozing out, but if I masturbate again shortly afterward, before making a full recovery, the ejaculate will be far more watery, but with much more power, squirting as if from a syringe.

I think the best thing for you to do would be to have cum reduction surgery. Most girls greatly prefer a moderate load, and if there is too much you won't be able to have children either. The cum reduction surgery is relatively inexpensive and very effective. That way the girls wouldn't laugh at you anymore. The last thing you want is so much cum that when you deep throat and have an orgasm it runs out her nose. That's just disgusting, and no girl would ever take you twice if that happens.
