The Apollo moon landings were faked by NASA and members of other government/private organizations. Here are some good points that back up this theory

(1)There are no stars in any of the photos.
    (2) No blast crater appeared from the landing.
(3)The flag placed on the moon's surface blew/waved despite there being no wind on the moon.
(4)Crosshairs on some photos are behind objects, instead of in front of objects.
(5)There are identical backgrounds in different photos that are supposed to have been taken miles apart from each other.

Add these points to the fact that the U.S.and Russia were in a space race at the time, it all kinda makes sense that the U.S.would want to perpetrate a hoax of this magnitude in order to not be "shown up" by the Russians.

Get a grip! You are deluding yourself if you believe that members of the US government could contain/hold such a secret/hoax so well over time. Yeah, right! In what Universe?

The movie Capricorn One showed how it was possible - you simply have to believe [IMG]

Yeah, the moon never lands, just keeps on orbiting.

You know how many thousands of people would have to be paid off for this to be true?
You know how many millions of scientists after this would be questioning it if it weren't true?
Why wouldn't the Russians've debunked it?

You just don't understand the reasons for any of the 'evidence' you have presented.

It's ridiculous to leap to such conclusions.

My car uses half of a tank of gas to drive 1 hour and 20 minutes. How did they even have enough fuel in the LEM to fly from earth's orbit, to the Moon, land, blast off again, and then fly back?

because it only take more gas to leave earth gravity, once thats achieved its possible to use the earths gravity to propel the spacecraft further away from earth using less fuel..

There is little gravity to the moon but leaving it would be the same....

The fuel they use is a trifle more potent than gasoline too. Hydrogen/ oxygen mixture for take off, solid mixture of powdered aluminum and ammonium perchlorate for orbit.

Those moon rocks would make them lose gas mileage though.

Doesnt really matter in the end

Trips to the moon didnt really achieve much, and we hadnt bothered being back there in yonks.

The space program gave us a lot, but actually landing on the moon, a few rocks, a few cool snapshots but otherwise blah

The stuff the Hubble telescope gave us, far more impressive

Getting off the moon is substantially more fuel efficient, there's only 1/6 of the gravity and more importantly there's no atmosphere to burn through.
