i got this idea from a kid at IHOP who was going around the tables and making balloon animals for the kids--for donations--found out dude made15$ an hr making balloon toys---so im slightly disabled-cant do construction and might end up with 900$ a month disability--but i want to travel some more and i dont make bead work or hemp jewelry or tie dye--so i invested 20 bux in a baloon pump and 100 balloons to get statrted ans a pamphlet to make a few simple animals----just started yesterday and can already make 3 types of dogs weiner dog regular dog poodle--giraffes --elephants--one type of parrott--u understand im just getting started and downloaded bigbird and a teddybear--im going to do this plus face painting--on the streets in kid friendly spots i can easils see myself making 100$ a day just fucking around with balloons and selling for just a dollar ea. face painting will go for 5$ a face-------i think this is an excellent plan for travel money---you know those juggle sticks that some people flow with---i bought some for my daughter she got good i took her to places with pedestrian traffic she dressed up all Gypsy and pulled in 50 $ in less than an hr--i need money making ideas that are off grid---ill sell me a bit of pot but i aint trying to get busted at my age just travle and bring in some$ legally--while traveling--i still have a ways to go but apparantly i have a knack and face painting is fun as soon as i ca--n afford the gear---maybe some travelers will take me in once i hone my skills---scinci illl be able to pay for food and pitch in for gas money---this is my retirement plan and looking forward to the road in about a year--have some shit thatll take that long to finish---i can imagine all the happy kid faces as well----Peace--i ranted--loo---got exicited lol

people actually travle europe and pay for parts of tuition doing kid parties--throw in some jokes some face painting some lamo magic tricks read the tarot and i think its doable----actually read the tarot on the phone--psychic hot line--the used the celtic cross pattern anu used beginner tarot cards with the meaning printed right on the card--total scam--but with "real" tarot my acid and other pshchedelic esp abilits i could add that also to my bag of tricks---oh and congrats on your first animal--i actually felt the same way--and im 47 i guss im just not going to grow up---Peace
You are a genius. I met a guy this summer who travels around doing a mixture of stand up comedy/magic/balloon animals. He had gone to clown circus and is naturally a clown. Wherever he goes groups form and listen. He really has the art of communicating with audience and keeping them interested perfected.
When we were in Europe, two of my friends didn't have any money at all. They just had a banjo and a mandoling and played to earn money, the Netherlands was great for that some council worker came up when they were playing and asked them if they smoked, then threw about a 12 gram bag of skunk into their banjo case :sifone: The balloon and face paint is a great idea of earning money travelling, if you did that outside any zoo in a city you would rake it in
oh i havent heard the balloon animals one before. thats a gooood idea. theres a whole lot of things to do tho. hemp jewelry is a given since its so portable and you can do it anywhere. Ive met people who get t shirts from thrift stores then patch different ones together to make skirts and dresses and stuff. my idea for my future travels is to sell wild edibles like chestnuts, hickory nuts, and wild teas like sassafras, lemon balm, mint...stuff like that. i want to find some good combinations of wild plants to make some good brews. it would be kind of a unique thing to do. i was also thinking of collecting seeds from native trees and plants and selling them for people to grow. im sure ill do a combination of things, the tea and hemp jewelry being my main ones. but i think that your idea is a real good one. kids are a good market. but check this article out. http://www.bravenewtraveler.com/2008/07/28/25-ways-to-earn-money-when-youre-broke-on-the-road/
be careful in european cities. in some of them you have to have a PERMIT to do any sort of street preformaning... they like take that shit seriously there haha
