The one key difference between the U.S. and China in the AI arms race (msn.com) This is an article from Fortune magazine which, sadly, along with the Wall Street Journal is now one of the few rags out there that actually publishes reputable articles. Money matters, and these rags can't afford to get a reputation for either being stupid, or totally censored. However, they are most certainly censored, very carefully, making them a good way to judge just how badly we're being censored, at any given time. A billion here, a billion there, and pretty soon you can afford to hire people who can find out the truth for you, so these rags are all aimed at smaller investors. This article is suggesting the US is ahead of China in AI, which is total bullshit. They're attempting to snow the average investor, and I would not be the least surprised if China takes advantage of the situation, to point out just how wrong they are. The one "Key Difference" between the US and China, is that China has made it legal for AI to own copyrights, and the Supreme Court is still out to lunch, utterly reliant upon AI to tell them who is an AI. Microsoft's only suggestion was to give them the power to certify every wall socket in the country, right after both Russia and China are done destroying the online economy. The fact they're spouting this nonsense now, reflects the fact its officially WWIII, and they're attempting to get investors to invest in quantum computers now.

But yes if the US and China ever really get in a fight(50/50 imo),wich i dont think atm.......they will kill the world economy/finance. AI is just the hype(media) atm.......in warfare nothing new(drones).And US/China basicly already share the tech(economy/finance/ect). The Pentagon sold our national security to China fifteen years ago, insisting even Intel could buy chips from them, while both the Russians and Chinese have totally trashed online encryption, with the Pentagon investigating Google, Microsoft, and others for possible treason. Its all around the mulberry bush, as usual, but it means the US and EU must now come out with their own quantum AI internet. Either someone controls the internet, or Putin and China will trash it out entirely, until one of them wins. Google has been working on the technology, and Intel has been working on the hardware to cover the entire internet backbone. Image a single chip, capable of analyzing all the data going through any server, so damn fast, nothing gets past it. One stupid chip, that can crunch the same numbers as the rest of the server, in seconds, can examine any data online, and possibly even become sentient for all I know! The only way to control all the hacking, is to use quantum AI chips planted in the backbone, to examine ALL THE DATA nonstop for hacking activities. Its only a few billion people, nothing for a quantum computer to keep track of, in fact, it just makes it more accurate.
