I really don't care how old Molly is, or her-his real gender. As a relatively new Hip Forums guest, I was immediately drawn toward whatever this poster (Molly the Hippy) had to say. In fact, I suspected that Molly was older a long time ago because of her maturity and broad interests, and knowledge of different subject matter. At the same time it was fascinating and exciting to think that a 16 year old could be so intelligent, funny, and wise at the same time. I don't know why this should affect anyone, as we are all psuedo personnas on this forum, and have the freedom to be whoever we want to be ,and say anything we want to say.

What good is it to carry on a conversation with someone that is not talking the truth? Personally I prefer hearing the truth any time I can get it. To change or bend the truth to fit a "persona" is deceptive and leaves the young folks coming through here with a bad impression. Maybe we are all lying about the way it was back then. I choose to tell it as best I can remember it with nothing added or removed. Honesty in my book is the best policy and if we are going to just sit here and swap lies then I will go away. Yea-I'm real pompous-I tell it like it is-good bad or otherwise-but I always tell the truth-You will not hear any bullshit comin out me-If thats your idea of being pompous so be it.-I would think that after the all the bullshit that this generation is being handed and expected to swallow by the leaders; that having a forum where people can talk about the good old days without lying about it would be nice.After all the purpose of this is for older hippys to talk about the past and answer questions for those wanting answers. Hahahahahaha! I had a real strong feelin' that "molly" was not what (S)he appeared. My take on the whole thing was pretty much summed up in the word "asshole" a while ago. 'cause, male or female, it had a bad attitude, disguised as curiosity. But not disguised very well.

But then, Judgement is NOT what these forums are for.

 

I Think this whole thing is fuckin stupid. Who cares if molly is a man/woman/child/adult/etc... Its Their choice. Love people no matter who they are. I thought that what this was all about. Its a fuckin name and gender. Live And let live, man!
