I used to play MUD's all the time, a few years ago I was really active on 3Kingdoms. For a couple years I was ticked off when I dropped out of the top-3 nolife and I had one character in the #3 position of level, as well. However the past couple years I found too many other things to do I like too.. and it's too addicting for me to play, say, an hour a day. When I log in, I'm gonna be there for hours and hours... I don't play often anymore although I do check in just often enough to keep my characters... I still like it and if/when stuff changes again and I have more time again, I'll definitely come back.
i used to play one called the 4th coming all the time years ago. i wont play them anymore though, theyre way too addicting. I spent a few years dedicating my life to that game, spending just about every free second i had playing it.
Yep. I play MMORPGs and MUDs and all that. The online game I've played longest is probably http://www.mythril.com/entry.html Although I play Magica Materia alot now.
I used to play UO too. Soulless what server did you play on? I played on Pacific. Applespice: Thief/Archer/minimum magery GreenGuy: Magery/Resist/meditation/eval int etc Kei Takahashi: My japanese role playing character was an archer/sword/lumberjack ApplesPotionGuy: I had a GM alchemist for potions. them was the good old days. spent hours playing that game when it used to be cool.
MMORPG's will take over your life though if you let them. and if you don't let them then you suck in the game anyways. haha. a paradox of sorts.
