Mmmmmm I got a couple Rochefort 10's

Never had em, had the Rochefort, 8 before...awesome...
I believe Belgian Trappiste might just be the best brew style....

the only trappist ales i've had were the chimay grande reserve (my choice) and chimay premiere....though it's not a trappist, i prefer gulden draak to chimay, even though i love chimay grande reserve. i also love unibroue's lineup, which are mostly belgian style ales of high quality but at lower prices than most true belgians.

 

i think tomorrow i'll treat myself to some gulden draak, chimay, or trois pistoles.....or perhaps i'll try something new....i've been meaning to try two brands in particuliar that i've seen at the store...corsendonk and piraat. i'd probably go for the corsendonk.....


but then again i may just go for some samuel smiths, youngs, or baltika.

old peculier perhaps?

i have the day off so i feel i should be good to myself and get something nice...only time will tell what it will be.
