ok, i have a shitty digital camera that can capture video but not sound. can i turn on my microphone in my laptop or use my sound recorder to get the sound? and upload on youtube together?

how do i turn my mic on?

go to "sound and audio devices" in the controll pannel and make sure your mic is selected. Laptop mics are of appaling quality- you will have to face the mic and talk directly into it. I doubt you could capture decent sound while filming yourself at the same time- if thats what you are trying to do. Although I could be wrong.

if you crank your volume all the way up you should be able to hear it a little...

maybe i'll make another (better) one later.

 

Anyone knows if you want to be taken seriously on youtube you need a pet platypus.
