How can you say there was no molten steel? I've seen footage of the rescuers digging into the pile and it was oozing the stuff. There is also something they call the meteorite, which is like 4 floors of one of the towers melted and fused together into one mangled ball of twisted and once molten metal. I don't exactly agree with all of Jones' findings, either, and I think it was a lot more than just thermate that brought those buildings down. However, I am not going to deny there was molten steel because there most certainly was, and this is confirmed by the firefighters who were on the scene.
There was molten metal. It looked like silvery molten aluminum pouring out the north face of the south tower where the aircraft ended up. Metals such as copper, lead, and aluminum have melted during ordinary house fires. There's nothing unusual about that. The steel springs in beds have been known to melt during house fires. I haven't seen any direct evidence of molten steel samples from the WTC rubble. It's been mostly anecdotal accounts by people who stated they saw molten material in the rubble but not necessarily steel. The glass in the rubble of the WTC was known to form a glowing gooey mass. There was molten steel generated by the torch cutting operations during cleanup. The beam from 7WTC that is sometimes stated as being melted was eroded by a sulfur atmosphere at a temperature below the melting point of steel. .

The meteor is an example of how floors pancaked into a sandwich. The twisted rod that is seen is what is left of the diagonal rod of the lightweight floor trusses.

Who here actually has the scientific knowledge to claim one thing or another on their own without siting other supposed scientific experts? As far as I'm concerned, if you trust a "scientific expert" that says it's a conspiracy, you shouldn't think your knowledge is any better than that of someone trusting the tons of "non-fringe scientists" who claim the conspiracy theories are bunk. If there really are large conspiracies to control the world out there, then only the people who trust no one can consider themselves safe. If these conspiracies are a signifigant threat, then they must have the resources to make fake "conspiracy revealed" type of sites to trick you toward the wrong path. You'd never be able to trust one bit of infromation you got. If these conspiracies aren't actually a signifigant threat, then what is anyone worried about? You have to ask yourself, if there really is a worldwide conspiracy, who can you trust? The answer is no one. So why do you trust these sites to be telling the truth? Maybe, if this conspiracy you believe in is real, they put these sites in place just to discredit people who are able to intuit that there is a conspiracy. I don't see why people spend so much time believing one group of scientists and disbelieving another. Both groups could easily be lying to you. Unless you are a scientist yourself, you'll never have any idea.
