Okay, so long story short, my friend had a 10mg methadone and like an idiot I decided to try it to see one to see what it felt like. This is my first time ever doing it--around 2pm yesterday. I understands this blocks other opiates, but considering this is such a low dose and my only time, when will I be able to feel the effects of percocet again? I want to take some tonight
tested it with a 10mg perc and got the normal effects, maybe even better if thats possible. going to take 2 more tonight
I've taken Vicoden on top of Methadone and gotten the same effects. I think you have to be on Methadone for awhile for it to block anything.
its the opposite for me. ive done up to 40mgs of methadone and felt no more than a slight stoned-ish feeling. but if i sniff a small bump of suboxone, im floating. slurred speech, more social, the works.
Yeah you have to be on Methadone for a while for it to be fully in your system, and you have to be on a certain dose (usually 30-60mg) before the receptor blocking effects take action. I get a buzz everyday when i take my Methadone. Far from a nod off high, but just a nice buzz that makes things more pleasant. I always smoke weed about 3hrs after taking my Methadone. It really really potentiates the Methadone effects for me.
