    Hello,

it's 7:30am on a saturday and I'm waiting for the meter man. I don't know what my landlord is thinking. I bet that guy is hours late anyway.

    Regards
    Gyro

    Hello,

yes, because the meters are in my flat. He reads the water and heating meters, electricity I have to do by myself at the end of the year and then send the reading to the company.

    Regards
    Gyro

PS: The guy was about 90 minutes late ;)

your electric company is very trusting.

    "dear electric company,

this year i used exactly one kilowatt hour of electricity. enclosed is my annual payment of 25 cents.

    regards
    gyro"

    Hello,

I will try that next december ;). Probably I will be in trouble then. The leccy company has good statistics about how many kWh are normal for this flat. Even if the tenant changes the amount of used electricity doesn't change much. I would expect a visit from a nice and friendly gentleman in a cheap suit if my consumption drops by let's say 30 per cent from one year to the other.

    Regards
    Gyro
