Metal in europe

European metal is far more superior than the current lame ones in united states, as a matter of fact...Scandinavian and german ones are best.

 

I like german metal but I do think that Brit metal is better for example Iron Maiden

Def Leppard, Iron Maiden, Scorpions, Sinner, yeah, U.S. had Motley Crue and Metallica though.

 

I was thinking he meant bands more along the lines of In Flames, Dark Tranquility, Vader, Opeth, Necrophagist, Bathory... ect.

 

It depends what kind of metal you like. But I agree though, the best metal comes from Scandinavia, Germany and GB.

 

80's american bands destroy all euro bands.

Whoa now, some Glam Metal was fucking awesome, Motley Crue in some stages can be considered Glam, Europe is Glam too in some stages, so is Whitesnake, Glam bands like Cinderella and Poison though, yeah those deffinetly sucked.

Opeth kicks ass, the poster after me mentioned them. Everything else I'm kinda on the outs, not into much modern bands because most of them copy older artists.

 

The only glam band I would by an album of is skid row.....There might be like 2 others....

 

Like I said, glam metal was a stage, the bands that were only glam metal obviously suck, like Quiet Riot. Motley Crue, Def Leppard, those bands are great.

 

Well I say europe death and black metal pwns american death and black metal. But we up them in thrash and speed metal.
