Hi Ladies,I'm 54 yrs of age,and at the age of 50 started to experience menopause.I haven't had any periods now for 3 yrs.I've noticed though, that since this lack of menstruation,my sleeping pattern has changed.I used to sleep right through the night before menopause, but 99% of the time now,I tend to wake up during the night.I don't have any issues actually falling asleep, but my "wake ups"usually happen around the same time each night,at 3am.I do fall back to sleep quickly, but do feel tired most of the time.
I work full time, get a fair bit of exercise, and don't drink any caffeine after 6pm,Any suggestions would be welcome please.

I would suggest that you avoid caffeine completely! I read in Google that having caffeine causes warm flashes and as well as irregular sleep patterns. Instead of of caffeine you can have milk so that you will get nice sleep and won't have to wake up in the night.
