For me its 30 seconds, when I was high on weed of course. I almost hate to do it sober now because it only lasts like 1-3 seconds.
I discovered that if I stretch my body out and tense up my muscles as if I was yawning, just after I shoot my load, it extends that tingly body feeling for me. I discovered it by accident once when I j/o and was really tired. I yawned immediately afterwards and it extended my orgasm to my surprise.
The only way I know how to extend it is with weed. I was 11 & had only just started Secondary School. The key in large part is in relaxing; as far as sheer number of orgasms go in one sitting, I'm sure I've had hundreds, but it's definitely safe to say that I can and have had at least many dozens of orgasms. Other times it is one long continuous orgasm, with none or very little pausing during it. This type can last for HOURS, but I usually end it after 45 minutes or so (of straight non-stop climaxing), becoz orgasming for that long without pause takes A LOT of energy, so it's even hard justifying going for longer, lol.
