This is often said about men. Interestingly (to me) mostly by other men. And even stranger (to me) it doesn't seem to be in a negative light. But is this even true? And what do people even mean when they say this? Easily satisfied? To the point? Not demanding much in a relationship? Not many emotional needs? I've heard it used in all these ways. But then why not just say those things instead of "simple"? Maybe I'm wrong for this but honestly, I'd feel kind of offended if someone called me "simple". To me that means stupid, or predictable, or boring, or shallow. Do you guys see this as an insult? True? Both true and negative, or true and no better or worse than "complex"? Or do you see this as a good thing (some men seem to). If you say this about men, what do you mean by it when you say it?
it is mostly said by men. and i would agree that guys are simple for other guys because we can relate to each other on a level that we can't relate to females. and i think that is what it's meant to say. guys understand other guys, which makes things simple between them. it doesn't denote that a guy's personality can't be complex.
I hate it too. And its blatently wrong. Maybe for some it could be true, but many guys are just as confusing as women. And I know a lot of women that seem very simple too. It anoys me yes, like men just wana eat, fuck, and sleep.
