well....I'll be seeing ya at the Palace Gardens for sure, maby I'll head up to T.C to pay my family a vist, and actually catch some good music up there....which there probally has not been sence Covert palyed last?

 

I was over at Damon's house the other night (drummer for covert), anyways Vience Welnick (keys for the dead) is also playing with Melvin Seals that night, should be a rocking time see ya all there!

opps....Covert and Vince Welnick are playing Feb 4th, so they are not playing together with Melvin, but this is gonna be a sick show! oh the sweet sounds!

Nice! all of my family lives there, our family business is up there... I have thought about moving up there a few times, but its a beautiful part of the state! and a beautiful place to visit in the summer

 

yea to bad its becoming more rich and conservitive every fucking year becuase it is a really nice place

 

I remeber comming up there years ago in the Mid 90's and the land was so beautiful...you could ride snowmobiles and 4 wheelers for miles...now you run into huge subdivisons, and office buildings...not to mention the people and animals that are loosing there land to Corprate America!

 

Rootstand Is Opening for Melvin in traverse city

 

Rootstand is pretty good, they play were I live every once in a while....enjoy!

 

Covert Operations is opening for Melvin @ the Traverse City Opera house! The show is all ages, and I am sad to say that I cant make the drive up north to see them, but if anyone lives in the area I would make sure to go....its gonna be a sick show!

 

FUck yea now they play friday and saturday I live in t.c. I will be at both shows

 

Enjoy, the kids in Covert are some good friends of mine....and the play some wonderful ear candy....I am sure you'll not be dissapointed...let me know how it went, I want to go sooooo bad...maby I can skate outta work a few hours early and make it up there for the show?

have you seen them before? I am assuming that you have! but just wondering. I usually come up to T.C. with them when they play in the summer, my family has a shit ton of property so we throw down and turn the family property into Camp Covert

wish I was there! I really did'nt have enough time after I got outta work to make it....and coverts show was a last min. announcement they were saposed to play at a bar a few miles away from my house but it caught on fire. anyways glad you enjoyed!
