Meeting forum members

So I met two this week ... within four days of each other... totally seperate situations and they were awesome. I feel I made two really amazing, wonderful REAL friends.

and in 18 days or so i meet chris.

Very weird it all is but it's awesome.

 

theres only one I will hopefully meet this summer.......

 

i've only met one.. it was at a festival.. i figure i'll run into him again at another fest

wait! no i met more than that.. i ran into highway child there too.. but my dumbass didn't talk to drew then.. i did later on the phone though

i have met two, well one and a half. one who used to come into my work and then found her on here and another who works at this place im always at just never run into each other. =)

I have literally wanted to meet just about everyone who has posted so far in this thread. A few of you in particular...and a few that haven't posted.

i imagine myself running into a few very soon. forum people are actually pretty cool....growing up i always figured meetting people off the internet would be weird, but its actually pretty nice.

I met one. He offered to work as a housecleaner. The police picked him up and had him extradicted to his home state for kiddie porn. It was very upsetting... 'cause he did a good job cleaning house and worked real cheap too.

 

I've not met anyone, while part of me thinks it would be fun, the other part is overly cautious, but that's mainly because I've seen my mother have a lot of bad experiences upon meeting up with people online.

But I think it's awesome when you can meet a true friend or love that way.

There are a few I would like to meet. But i haven't got a chance to yet. Oh and like HCM I am very cautious.

I know of one person that is really close by thought evryone else seems a million, miles away.

 

I've met Holly (Hippyfreak), and it was nice... but I was working on 2 days without sleep, and it was only for a couple of hours... so I don't think I was too entertaining. The only thing that was a tad weird was that she kept referring to me as "Bravesirrubin"... no one in my life has ever called me "Bravesirrubin"... I don't think I've ever even heard "bravesirrubin" vocalized before that...

Anyhow... hopefully I'll get to meet Whichaxe soon enough since he lurks around this area once in a while.

Other than that... you people just don't seem to roam around the Florida/Arkansas area.
