I have been taking meditation classes at the Letchworth Centre for Healthy Living, letchworthcentre.com, I have found them incredibly useful and it has changed my life completely. I am now trying to improve my mental and physical health even more and I am looking at also taking Yoga classes. Could anyone give me any advice on Yoga or their experience doing Yoga please?
Take a smatterig to see what suits you. Give some thought to Ayurveda for lifestyle adjuncts about diet, and such. Peace. Be free.
I agree with Chodpa, get some exposure to different styles to see which you like. Excellent, I know that the Letchworth Centre where i do my meditation classes also does Yoga, so I will talk to the instructor and enroll in some classes
If you are a meditator you should check out the documentary "Yoga Unveiled" to understand some of the connections between yoga practice and spiritual well-being. It will give you some history and some framework to understand the spiritual side of yoga.

Look into Bhakti yoga.t he Bhagavad-gita describes a variety of yoga practices.
