Mayan Predictions...

has anyone seen the mayan calender made of gears. it is one really big gear that spins a smaller gear on the outside of it, and within that gear on the outside there is a smaller gear spinning inside of it.

in this book i am reading it explains how time works on loops, there are outter loops that are tangent to the inner loops, and they spin at certain speeds to to make sure a given spot on the loop meets the tangent spot of the other loop at the same time. spiritually meaning god time, opposed to mental space time to physical space time, etc etc.

seems like bit of a connection there huh? seems they knew a little something about the workings of the universe. maybe thats how they predicted all those events? solar eclipses, lunar eclipses, polar shifts, weather changes, solar changes, energy changes, they were defiantly on to something.

Sounds like they were explaining how their calender works. Wish someone would explain how in hell a computer works 'cause I just hit the power button and hope the thing turns on.

the mayans might have had it all worked out

but i think they were uber technical and the whole 'gear' system is a very good method to calculate what date it is. i think the 'two' gears represent different levels of date denotation (like.. we have 'year' and 'week' and 'day' n stuff)

 

Read the book "The Mystery of the Crystal Skulls" and it will be much more clear to you how they calculated time. And you Mr. Writer, since you don't rally want to belive theese things, at least give it a try with this book. It might give you some ideas whitch you didn't come up until now.

It's called "astrology" and it's well understood.

its a little hard to explain if your not familiar with the information in the book but ill do my best. basically the book says that consciousness created everything, even time. time is a construct made of uniform ticks. time is also in cycles, that cycle is called a time loop. consciousness has its own time, its own speed at which the clock ticks, basically "god time". the book also describes within this consciousness system, there a subsets, which are non-physical matter reality (npmr) and physical matter reality (pmr). now npmrs clock ticks slower than the consciousness clock, and the pmr clock ticks slower than the npmr clock. npmr and pmr have there own time loops.

conciouness is the big loop spinning fast, then npmr loop is smaller but slower, and the pmr loop is even smaller and slower still, so that when all the loops spin they all complete there cycle at the same time. that way energy shifts in the conciouness systems line up with planet shifts in the pmr system and so on.

2012 is supposed to be the beggining of a new cycle. there is gonna be a huge energy shift, along with polar shifts, and energy exchanges and a bunch of other stuff. thats why there is so much 2012 hype, its not really the end tho, just the beggining of the new.

everyone is different and everyone is entitled to how they perceive certain things. I do believe astrology and solstices have allowed certain aboriginal cultures to create models for the future. Such is the 25,000 year event where our sun lines up directly with the galactic center. I don't know exactly how they could've done such things but there were many advanced cultures littered throughout time that had the same idea and the same way of looking at it.

the main essence of purpose in humans is to understand that which has not been understood. AStrology, the sun, these were their tools because to figure out the future, you have to drive looking through the rear view mirror, and the mayans didn't really have a past up until their civilization (who knows how they exactly cultivated together as a culture) so their surroundings were key to unlocking the mysteries of the universe that.

 

I think you mean "astronomy", the scientific study of the night sky. Astrology is the one with fairy tales and prophecies and groups of to us, visually connected stars that are given anthropomorphic identities 100% arbitrarily by some people who didn't bother to explain why they chose what they chose.
