Good morning matey and welcome. I presume you mean the 'EAST' coast of US, but this forum is a lot larger than just the US, it encompasses the entire globe, so 'east coast' doesn't mean too much, you need to be a tad more precise, and a name would be nice too.

To be decrepit is physical weakness, as you have a bright mind you are young. The worse case is losing the thought which you have the best one.

Yes matey, but that is the point I am physically weak. I have Arthritis, and as a result of that, the Surgeons have had to replace with metal implants both hips and both knees. Unfortunately, the Arthritis has now spread into my lower spine too.

 

I am so sorry my friend, I hope the reduced pain therapy could help you to cure it.

I think your self-introduction was just fine. "East Coast" is suitably understanable among English speakers who have been exposed to American films and television. That's the vast majority of English speakers, and your username and self-introduction are clearly in English.
