Mattew's been in the habit of abusing me via PM this morning. I toyed with the idea of posting his comments here, but decided just to let him rant at me via PM if it stopped him from disrupting the forums further. However, he's now decided to threaten me with posting our discussion himself (although what on earth he thinks I have to hide is anybody's guess), so I thought I'd save him the trouble. Here it is, complete and unabridged. Make up your own mind who's the dick: Swiftly followed by.... Interestingly, I'd say this exchange nicely sums up your typical pro-war person. Unable to formulate an intelligent argument to defend their case, and they therefore whine once you point out the flaws in their logic. Once they've realised that whining gets them nowhere, they eventually resort to personal abuse and insults - thereby demonstrating the complete inadequacy of their own intellects. Oh yeah, and then they start calling the other person "intellectualised", as though being intelligent is a bad thing. Way to go.

But the one part of the post that was i can see arrogant (that started all this) .. Tony Blair: "I will not appologise for removing Saddam Hussein." He does not have to appologies for removing saddam . An apology for removing saddam would be a stupid thing to say , because that would be leapt upon by certain groups as a admition of iligality for the whole war . Something people are gagging to have . Saying he got it wrong on inteligence is good , but then again it was a matter of opinion . And a fundementaly awesome responsibility.. It was more the countless resolutions (1441) he broke that drove us to this war anyway.. Do people think Mr Blair should be saying sorry for that as well. ?? Flaws in both sides of thinking are going to happen ... do you think the anti war position has anything to say sorry for for their mistakes in thinking and errors in their inteligence ...well i do . But not being intrested in scoring points i won't be asking for any . Being at the top of the morale supperiority tree must be bloody lovely. you failed to point out till you had played your little games.. i fell for it over and over again ... so yeah you could say i am stupid. end of the day i was bad sport and went off on one...because you wind me up and thats all their is to it.. shal i post all the posts that you and i have traded over the last few days...shall i scrutinse every thing you and i have said...ermm no i don't believe i will .. end of the day i don't realy think its worth it , just to prove something to someone that does not realy care for my opinions when they don't go along with what they think..

Please if any one was offended i am prety sure they would let me know or ignore what i said and me..i was not looking for your respect and don't give a hoot if i had lost it right about now.. would it had not been easier to point out in the first place the actual point i made that you found arrogant ... rather than meandering all over the place and ending up losing the plot.. i can quite easily see what could have taken your offence , but you did not make that clear from the start...go read ? I have no problem with him sharing the fact that he thinks i am arrogant..but its just the way he went about it. From the encounters i have had with him ... he has been almost civil...but not now. Its seems to me that he has built up a close personal friendship were we both have deep respect for each and communicate regulary and now i have insulted him and everything about him..wich is a bit much don't you think , i don't go around tailoring everything i say to each individual person ..so sometimes yes i am arrogant but like i have said to him so is he. Not that it bothers me . I am only being rude because he is being rude to me.. childish and all that but thats what he has drove me too. I said from the start that i was not going to play his game... a quick PM to air his displeasure would have resolved this whole thing..but noooo
