Mars Volta

Hey Guys, I Went And Saw The Mars Volta A Couple Of Weeks Ago......anyone Else Dig Them???

 

I do...I have Deloused in the Comatorium, which a friend burned for me. I like it because it is completely bizarre....and I like strange music.

 

well, if you ever get a chance to see them live, go!!!! they opened for a perfect circle last month. they played 3 songs for an hour and 15 min!!!!! wow!!!!

 

i've heard a couple mars volta songs, and they were pretty good. haven't got the CD yet, tho.

but, i like sparta and at the drive in better.

 

Mars Volta is very good ... I enjoy something a little more experimental every now and then. I do like ATDI better. I saw APC live (absolutely incredible) too btw .. however the Burning Brides opened for them instead

 

I saw them about a month ago and they fucking rocked.

 

They´re ok, havent heard much though. My boyfriend adores them and he´s having me translating the spanish parts of their lyrics.

 

I don't mind them. I want to pick up the CD sometime. That's if I can find it.

 

Yeah I've liked him for about a year or so and I'm hopefully gonna see them in may. Sparta also rocks insanely, as well as at the drive in.

 

They suck....

 

i'm going to see them when they come to detroit. i'm so excited.

the mars volta kick some serious ass! i would love to see them live, but i have both of their albums and am very impressed

 

yeah i saw them when they opened for a perfect circle. i thought they were crap. but there new single "the widow" is pretty good. i dont see how they played like 3 songs for over an hour.

 

i hear them on the radio a lot, theyre good....like their sound.

 

Are they new age psychedelia?

 

the volta are the shit.....I saw them live last year and they have a ton of energy, there new cd is awesome especially with flea on the trumpet and john fusciante's guitar work....very very good stuff

 

Mars Volta opening for APC..... that would be a show I would give both my nuts to see. Damn.

 

i jus downloaded a few of their songs and they are fuckin amazing! i have to get one of their cds. which ones would you guys recomend?
