looks like volume is going to be way up today. from what i understand thats a sure sign of volatility..
the problem is, mr. obama doesn't care nor does anyone else down there right now. I'd really like to know why denver as well. Is this the first bill ever signed out of washington? I don't think. As I recall some being signed on air force 1 the conspiracies run wild
just saw where dow futures are already down 206!!! i wont even tell you what the rumor mill is saying, but if its true look for some ugliness next week beginning tomorrow..
yes, I think tomorrow will be ugly and I just read that the gov't is considering taking a40% stake in citigroup I had a feeling this would be coming out this weeked. Tonight specifically. tomorrow will be driven down hard
apparently a 40% stake is way out of the norm. there has been some straight up NASTY rumors on the net this weekend for sure.
well, if you remember, when the govt announced nationalization of fannie and freddie, the market did rally 300 points the next day. Why? Who knows. But they are trying to side step calling this full blown nationalization.... ....which makes no sense. ANY stake bought in a bank by the govt would be considered nationalization to me, whether it be 20% or 80% I think now, we have to wait and see what actually happens, and see what other bad news come out today that the markets can rally on. (yes, you read that right.)
oh here we go,the market didnt seem to like the AIG news... i wonder how much money turbo timmy and the ppt have in their pockets today??should be a interesting final hour..
at this point, unless some massive manipulation occurs, which isn't out of the question, the way it looks is a huge drop it will be so weird to see the dow in the 6000's again
they really are trying, you gotta give em credit for that but not much, cuz its our money they are throwing into that black hole
Might as well call in The Three Stooges. When the leaky boat is filling up with water, they drill some more holes in the hull of the boat to help let the water out. .
more importantly, the s&p dropped below a critical level. I'd expect some more massive losses in the upcoming days
WOW, the markets are reacting well to the great ones speech last night.. just think, both bernanke and turbo timmy are in front of congress today as well.. this cant end well...
