Marijuana vs. K2 vs Legal Buds

So I was looking at the threads and really didnt see one that covered these as a whole. Thoughts? I have smoked alot of K2 when my weed connects dip out but really havent had the legal bud stuff. The K2 they have now is even more potent than before they mandated the reformulation. At least where I am. It's not my favorite by any way shape or form but it does allow for a deep intense 40min high. Is the legal bud any better? What is the buzz like? I will always be pro marijuana don't get me wrong ok. Thanks For Your Thoughts In Advance.

That stuff makes me feel ego death-y and feel like I'm being judged. A lot of people hate on it. I only had it because my friend couldn't smoke weed and wanted me to try it.

 

"legal bud" is usually just crappy herbal foliage that is sold in the most misleading way possible. It doesn't even look like the bud in the photos, more like they just picked off some kind of exotic sumac and threw it in the bag with its leaves and sticks. It tastes horrible, contains no active compounds that I know of really, and gives you a stomach ache/headache at best. I'd describe it as a douchey scam that works on unsuspecting people ALL the time (cause things that look like weed equal money to some other douchebags). I'm fairly certain that I read a High Times article with a review on how horrible it was, and that they were sorry for letting it appear as an advertisement in some of their issues.

 

I met a guy who invented some kind of fake bud, it was one of the first on the market. He said he wouldn't even smoke that shit Lol

There is an herb called Kanna which provided a decent high for me, not comparable to marijuana but pretty chill. I've tried a few other alternative herbs and none of them really provided a buzz worthwhile. Haven't tried K2 but I get the general impression that some of those reformulated blends are quite a bit more intense than weed, eliciting strong psychedelic trips.

Seems its been difficult to get the 'pouridge' just right since JWH-018 was banned.

 

Real weed always wins in the end.

Synthetic cannabinoids have the potential to be far far stronger than any weed, and in very small amounts, so they tend to cause extremely strong effects, some good, others not.

Weed is more enjoyable, it tastes good, it smells good, it feels good, it's not bad for you. It's clearly superior.

Legal buds are a load of crap.

 

Synthetic drugs < Real Drugs

Although I have never tried k2 or any other legal herb, mainly because I have never had the urge to go out and buy some if I can buy some real, dank nuggets.

I honestly bet that over in Cali, they are not having synthetic herbal blend issues because its practically already legal over their. If that's how it was though out the states, I believe all this k2 herbal shit would be over and done with.

 

Well when they make it Marijuana totally legal than dry spots will become a thing of the past.
Otherwise there will still be times of sampling the synthetic waters. I've done a bit of research into K2 at www.erowid.org on Spice i.e. K2 and try to stay upto snuff on alot of things lets face it we arent in the ages of just LSD and Shrooms anymore people are coming up with new ways to use these research chems these days. Back to the K2 deal check out what one of the leading researchers in marijuana had to say about the chems used in K2. I'm not advocating K2 please keep this in mind. It's just a substance I've had some experience with. None bad so far. lol. the link is.

It K2 should be regulated and put up on the shelves for adults. Instead we as a nation are starting another war on a another drud that will increase arrests and further burden an already over worked judicial system. It should be a matter of choice! It's my body if I'm not hurting anybody than leave me be. We've studied the shit out of alcohol and cigarettes. Both are extremely toxic and literally kill you. But they are still legal. Like I said it's about choice.

I don’t know man I hear a lot of bad stories about this synthetic weed but have learnt not to trust everything I hear especially after the old chestnut that synthetic weed was causing problems with mental illness. :dizzy2:

man there are lots of stories about this drug. Especially when it comes to teens driving on it and stuff like that. It's a strong chemical compound. You should do it in a safe setting like any drug that has acid and pot effects. I've never heard of anybody freaking out and eating their neighbors dog on it or flipping like dust heads or meth users. I'm an avid pot smoker always will be. It's just a choice issue and whatnot for me. When I originally heard of this it was a variation of a chem being tried out on cancer patients in switzerland and that formula was 100% more potent than what they are using here. I'm interested to see how far manufacturers are going to go as the law scrambles to keep up with, investigate ingredients, and ban every new chemical of these blends.

I bought a gram of Mr. Nice Guy Relaxinol "burnables". Taking 2-3 big hits is almost like someone made crack with weed. I'm sketched out because it feels pretty synthetic and sketchy, but I have to admit I'm enjoying it as a nice change from my usual indulgences.

It's actually a better experience than weed generally is for me, but considering the shockingly little amount of information to be found about these most recent blends on both contents and effects, psychological and otherwise, I'm way more comfortable smoking weed often than using this stuff often.

EDIT: After experiencing having a gram of Mr. Nice Guy Relaxinol "burnables" (not "potpourri") I can safely say it doesn't feel like a good idea. Over the last few days I have found myself impulsively smoking it every hour and a half or so all night. I'm generally not this intense about anything. This is strange, because the high isn't even all that enjoyable. I am suspecting that the dirty feel of the high means something far away from what these blends probably began as.
These blends just feel like a very uncomfortable chemical to be experiencing, which I never get with weed. Feels like an alien drug or something. Not from this planet.
Staying miles away from another one of these packs.

 

Herbs sprayed with JWH (K2, Incense, spice, Etc) are just awful if you really think about it. I'm sure if you sprayed household cleaners on dandelions and smoked it you would feel pretty funky, the high itself is by no means an indicator of its worth people! My friends mom is a psychologist and she alone in her small practice has seen 5 individuals who have permanent debilitating problems from smoking the stuff. In the name of humanity if you honestly need to smoke something besides weed let it not be JWH.

It's greatly appreciated. since there are like 20 jwh compounds of synth cannabnoids and new am678 cannabnoids i'm tending to agree with you more and more. I've never really had that urge like cherokee but that could be the crack like effects triggering that need to feel up impulse. I've had my run in with crack and coke. I plan on staying far away as possible even if Charlie Sheen makes it look cool. lol but seriously jwh-018,073,080,250 and 398. to name a few do look a little scetchy after backtracking the stuff.
