Marijuana Oral History Project -- Help!!!

Getting to crunch time, and I haven't received ANY replies to my quesstionnaire! I thought stoners were supposed to be garrulous! C'mon, folks, help me out here! Answer any or all of the questions, no names please, etc. etc. blah blah blah. Send answers to potproject@att.net ASAP!! HELP!

1. Describe your first experience with marijuana. Please detail the
setting (date, time, place, others involved, etc.) and your initial
motivation for trying pot.

2. Describe in general terms your current usage pattern, including
frequency of use, amount per 'session' and with whom you generally smoke.

3. How do you get marijuana? Be as general or as specific as you like;
I'm NOT looking for names or phone numbers here. How much do you keep on
hand? If you buy, how much do you buy at once?

4. Thinking back over the history of your use of marijuana, how (if at
all) has the quality of pot changed? What's the best you ever had? What's
the worst?

5. One could consider marijuana users a distinct subculture. How does it
feel to be a member of that subculture? Have your feelings about this
changed over the course of your history with pot?

6. What are your views on legalization? Should it happen? What shape
should legalization take? When do you think it will happen, if ever? What
will the ramifications be if/when it does happen?

I guess the folks on here have just used too much... paranoia strikes deep... The 15 responses I've received through other fora have shown the openness and helpfulness of other tokers. I'll let you decide for yourself the meaning of the closed door I've found here.

I'm not a 'narc', I'm a smoker just like you trying to gather some information to help society see us more clearly.

Anyway, I still have a couple of days before I have to compile my rough draft, so if anyone here manages to shake off their vague feeling of dread, please go ahead and send answers to potproject.com. Thanks again!

Used too much???How about being hassled by the pigs too much.You wouldn't be the first one here trying to "gather"info on us.If you look at the name of this forum it's "Old Hippies".We grew up with pigs always fuckin' with us.So don't expect a warm welcome from us with the questions you posed.You collected info from other forums,good for you.Our experience tells us to beware............and we are.You say your a smoker?Think about some stranger coming up to you,or sending you an e-mail asking you those very questions.Are ya paranoid now?

Great thread folks. Homebudz is right, us old potheads have had so much crap in the past mostly from evil little toads, that it is not worth sharing information with an unknown person. Hey, I got an idea (lightbulb), get a fucking book about it and read it. Just don't ask a buncha strangers to answer these questions, get out there and do the work. I would suggest that you try being a little less pushy another time, boo hoo, nobody answered my questions.

Seriously, I do not think the narcs would bother with pot related stuff any more, however, some of us prefer our right to privacy, what there is left of it.

Try doing a google search for related articles, if your serious then maybe that will help.
