marijuana etiquette

here are sum rules for smoking marijuana!Thou shalt not turn down a smoke. Unless you got a good goddamned excuse, like probation.
When you buy dope from a friend or someone you know outside of the drug deal, it is policy that you smoke a joint or a few bowls out of your sack with them.
If a friend gets you high, make sure you get him/her higher later.
If someone rolls a nice joint, its good to give the person a complement on his rolling skills. It is an art.
Never lip a joint by putting the whole thing in your mouth and dribbling all over it.
Always remember to thank a person who has got you high, it sounds silly, but people who never say thanks get a little annoying.
The person who rolls the joint (no matter whose weed it is) gets to spark up the joint and get first hits.
Likewise, the person who fills the bowl on a bong is given the opportunity to take the first hit regardless of who's grass it is.
Never moan about someone's dope being crap, if you don't like it don't smoke it! you fucking pussy
Light the bowl for people who aren't used to smoking. It keeps things moving if the lightweights aren't fucking with the childsafety.
Always keep the flow of the rotation. Watch the lead, if everybody is taking their time and puffing on it then do the same, but you see a regular puff puff pass don't fuck it up.
Never hog a joint/bowl.
When buying, don't haggle. If they are asking too much tell them what you'll pay, but don't act like you have to talk the dealer down a few bucks.
If someone asks you for a sip of your drink, give them some, the cotton mouth sucks.
If you spill the bong, clean it up NOW!. You fucking klutz, don't spill bongs it is no fun.
If seized by a coughing fit, your first responsibility is to get the bowl/joint out of your hand and into then next guy's, somebody's, anybody's, just don't huddle over the thing and hack away.
Be responsible when you are high and don't act like a dumbass. Its a good rule of thumb that has gotten me far and stoned.
Never go to someone's house expecting them to pinch you a bud. Expect them to match you.
When using a bong, don't blow out the ashes all over the place, use the ashtray.
The person who brought the grass picks the music.
If your smoking from a bong and there is not enough in the bowl for a whole other hit, save some smoke in the chamber for the next person.
If someone is too stoned to light the bong, then he/she should pass it on and get a hold of themselves, instead of the rotation.
Alternate green hits!
It is not cool to hand someone an empty bowl without notifying them. A proper warning would be "Here you go, I think it might be cached". re some rules of smoking marijuana sum are funny and sum are serious

lol yea but i think its common courtesy to let someone else take the first hit if already took one and not take it just because you packed it

 

if its my shit i usually give whoever im with the first hit..i always thought it was polite, ya kno, give 'em a good smoke

 

this all really depends... if its a friend getting me a bag from another source... then yea.. i'll smoke them up.. otherwise if im getting it directly from the source... i usually never smoke because they'll smoke me up instead... but i'll match more often than not... that should be one rule "if you're dealing and someone buys a bag from you its common courtesy to smoke a bowl before or after the deal has accured to show thanx for buying from you"

thats BS... fuck man... if i roll a joint or pack a bowl for someone.. and its not my weed.. i hand the joint or bowl over to that person... its their weed.. they can decide who sparks it

if someone is having a problem with the childsafety on a lighter.. they're probably too damn young to smoke anyways

 

So you are never supposed to turn down a smoke and also are never supposed to complain about the quality or lack there of. You give the exception of probation or a good excuse to the first rule. Your solution to crappy bud is to not smoke it, thus violating your first rule of never turning down a smoke? or is crappy bud a good reason not to smoke?

 

Yeah, this post gets repetitive. But at the same time, it is always a good reminder! I smoke with too many people who could really benefit from reading that, lol.

If you're having trouble with the child safety, take it of. This applies to bics, I'm not sure about others.

i don't always have time to get stoned stupid just because i wanted to buy some weed from some guy.

i turn down smokes all the time. i don't like to feel retarded when i have obligations in an hour. i say "thanks for the offer, really."

and when rolling a joint, i personally find it extremely rude and selfish to spark it up myself--i always pass the first hit of ANYTHING to the "nigga on the left".

rules like "don't act dumb when you're high" and "be responsible" are great rules. actually, they're not rules--they're common sense.

^^^Yeah I think people should use those two before they even try smoking. Sometimes though it is very hard to stop laughing when you've smoked yourself stupid.
