Great news from Belarus ! It becomes legal to buy, possess and use up to ten gramms of marijuna according to yesterday's decree of President Lukashenko. It says that the main aim for decree was development of tourist industry.

The law got rejected before it was ever in place, I believe the Mexican president(Vincente Fox) had said all along that he would sign the bill into law(I believe his party were the original supporters of it to begin with) but once it passed Mexican congress he had a sudden change of heart. hmmmm......

 

They were trying to make all drugs legal... which woulda been a bad idea.
