Marc Bolan 40Th Anniversary

40 years ago today, Marc Bolan died.

I was broken hearted, my 1st child, was born a month later, yes, I named him after him.

What music of his do you remember?

Ah yes I remember when ...

 

I remember seeing Marc Bolan and micky Finn just after they had changed from tyrannosaurus rex to t rex. I think it was 1972 or 3. It was some festival or other. They started off playing some of their newer material but if memory serves me well ended up sitting on the stage doing their older stuff. Sorry my story is pretty sketchy but I was never quite in the real world back then.
