Okay this manacotti will rock your socks off. 1 lb of ground beef 1 cup of ricotta cheese 1 block of cream cheese 1 package of mozerella 1 can parmesean cheese 2 jars of spagetti sauce (use your judgement but i found ragu garlic and basil works best) 1 package of manacotti shells garlic basil brown the beef and then mix it in with all the cheeses that creates our stuffing boil the pasta but take it out while it's still a little hard take the cheese and beef mix and stuff your pasta put all of the stuffed pasta in a caserole dish and spread the tomato sauce over also top with a little of the parmesean/mozerella/garlic/basil (in my opinion you can't have too much garlic) bake at 350 for 30 min. and enjoy and remember red wine with red pasta sauce...lol
