Man With Many Eyes On TV Show Episode

Back in the sixties I saw an episode of a TV show (I don’t think it was a movie) in which the main character (I Think) had three or more eyes around his head. I don’t think it was his normal or natural physiology. I’ve searched shows like “The Twilight Zone” and “One Step Beyond” with no luck.

Please help! I’ve been trying to find this show for decades.

I vaguely remember a young blonde man. It seemed to be in a TV western type setting. Maybe he went behind a rock and emerged shockingly with the extra eyes.
