This is just beautiful!!!!!!!!!

Everyone should be as friendly as this guy is....... Animals usually can sense if someone is bad and if they arent, they dont show any meanness......

Fantastic video! Even the hyenas, who get such a bad rap, are open to love and affection. I like that guy in the video....my kind of person....I would be afraid for him, though...as animals can flip a switch in their brains, too, just like humans can do and turn on him....He is a brave soul.

That is wonderful and all that jazz.

That man is also crazy as hell. Like Moon said up there "animals can flip a switch in their brains, too..." and that is especially true of naturally wild animals...which those animals are!

Unless an animal is crazed with hunger or sickness, it usually will not attack - unless it is a mother animal with babies, and she feels threatened. Then animal or human, you better run from a mother with babies that feels threatened.

Other than that, if we could figure out a way to stop pleasure animal kills everything would be good imo.

People that insert themselves into a wild animal's world and habitat deserve whatever comes their way. :)

I knew of a girl in school who had a beloved family dog pet for years and one day, he turned a switch in his brain, after never showing any violence for many years and attacked her and chewed off her face in a viscious attack one day. I always think of that. My pugs can't do that...lol.. One of my cats made chop meat out of my hand a few times because he was in a bad mood, though. i still love him...but I pet him very cautiously now.

and, NOOOOOOOOO, I don't want the hero of the video here to get hurt...i don't want any of the animals he is fighting for to ever turn on him, and no, he would not deserve it. It is so sad to see the lions diminishing in numbers and I will cry forever, if they go extinct....just as i would for any species....:(

I would love to be able to hug a lion as he does.....but I will just hug my house cats for now.....

    On a more somber note:

4-16-16 (AP) Palm Beach zookeeper Stacey Konwiser dedicated her life to protecting an endangered subspecies. Colleagues describe the 38-year-old as a wife, a daughter and a sister to those with whom she worked.

Yes well usually OTHER ANIMALS (other than human animals) dont often show evilness FOR NO REASON. Humans are the only ones who do that and its sad really.....

This man is not alone, as an infant with my Grandparents in India, I had a Tiger cub living with us. He wasn't so much a 'pet' as there to help the Mongoose keeps the snakes (king Cobras) down.
