Wow. i cant even understand not being able to get weed for that long. Its everywhere. Just go to a headshop, the beach, a concert. Im sure you could find some preatty easily if you tried.

Seriously, it's not illegal to ask if somebody has pot. You could go up to basically anyone and say "do you know where I could get some herb around here?" and you'd be totally protected by the law.
