ok i picked up 2 o's of some nice shit drivin back to myplace and a cop pulls me overad we'd been hotboxin my van. i spray round a little and cop comes up and is like excuse me did you see that sign back there? i was like umm no what sign he sticks his head in my car sees like 5 hippies in my big ass conversion van and sigs and said step out of the car, i step out he tells everyone else to and they all get out we are sittin their shitting our pants cuz we got 2 o's in the back in some a fake wall, he ask to search i ask why he said he smelled weed, i was liek go ahead, he searches the car we are all flippin cuz he put his hand on the fake part like 5 times. he found my little keychain peice and he was like this is ll you have i was like yeah you searched the car he sighed then said he wasnt gunna do anything because thats all he found i was like fucking score! we are on the way home and i fuking get pulled ov again for supposedly running a red light but i was more then halfway across before the light turned this time the bud was under ,my friends seat and barly sticking out and the lady omes to the window and ask me do you know why i stoped you all that she walks back to her car with all my info, i look down and sticking out is about half the ziplock bag with the 0 in it we shove it under the seat and she comes back gives me a warning and i live to toke another day

2nd, why would you try to beat a yellow light when you have 2 zones in your fucking car?

A good rule of thumb is to not smoke and drive when you've got large amounts of bud. Not looking like total stoners helps, also.

i'll give you credit for one thing: allowing the cop to search your car. if you deny the search, then all he has to do is call up the sniffer dogs and that's the end of it. if you let the fat, inflexible cop search your car for a few minutes on the side of the road with no help from another cop or dog while acting like you've got nothing to hide, he's 100x's less likely to find the weed. if you deny the search, then he's going to go the extra 9 yards to find whatever it is your hiding. i agree that it was worth allowing him to search the car.

however, hotboxing your car with 2 o's inside with a few other hippie friends, then nearly running a red light was not smart. keep the shit out of the car, and if you need to travel with it only carry a few grams hidden way the fuck out of the way, in several air tight containers. where i live, a few grams is only a misdemeanor, while greater than 1 ounce is a felony. smarten up bro, or start saving your money because you'll be needing a lawyer soon.

 

I feel you, but its also true that cops stereotype. I've found that the best way to breeze through things is to put on a nice shirt, clean pants, and shave. When I fly with herb, I always wear a suit. Last time I did this, the TSA people were joking and laughing with me.

So, as i am 14 and cant drive, im not speaking from experience. But you should always consent to a search if you have stuff in your car, because if you dont then they assume you are holding and search your car anyway, only this way they look more carefully.

 

if he thinks you have stuff in the car you're screwed no matter what, but if he's not suspicious and you do have a bowl or something ,it's reasonable to decline a search. Just say you're tired and want to go home. It shouldn't be a big deal unless you make it into one.

 

No, thats absolute bullshit. Letting them search your car when they don't have evidence is like shooting yourself in the foot.
