Frankly, that sounds like a medical issue. Prolonged Painful Erections and the inability to Urinate could be something more serious and you might want to check with your Primary Doctor or get a referral to a Urologist.
You get what you pay for. I had one once, it was painful to use as if my cock was being gripped in pincers and pulled up and down. The more expensive ones are probably better but I never got as far as spending that sort of money on one.
