why is it that only when I am very high am I devastated by an intense continuous sensation of pleasure and am I capable of experiencing even some small repeated anal (or prostate) orgasms even if without ever an explosion with a great orgasm and sperm release during my external and internal anal stimulations and instead if I am sober I experience a much lower or almost non-existent pleasure?

 

Because when you’re high you are more relaxed and when you are relaxed anal stimulation is better because the muscles are not tense.
You have to be in the right state of mind, and for you that’s when you’re high.
