Its simple dude, I live in the ATL and i see that shit all the time. Just get phnempnia and go to the doctor, she will give you 4 onces with a refil or two that you can have all to yourself. good look
lol codeine sucksss. just go ask one of your dealers if they have any oxycontin. that will have u feeling bomb. but dont do it too much or u will get addicted. . oxy 20 would be good first time. but still watch out
yeah a guy i know he does codeine and hydro he hasnt done oxy yet he says both of them are good and im going to try some codeine today oxy are pretty hard to find around here
or if you want opiate related cough syrup, shoot for some tussionex. hydrocodonje syrup. youd prolly have to just get lucky though. asking for drugs by name can get you dirty looks from your doctor or a variation of "well, i dont really like to prescribe that kind of stuff... bla bla bla"
