well yes, this is one reason i don't often turn on the tv at all. but listen to a little noncomercial local radio station when i turn on any sort of media at all. there certainly is such a thing as a dynamic force of example. there is voting with what we buy and don't buy. that's the vote that ALWAYS get counted! and of course the choosing of priorities consciously that are usualy chosen subconsciously and not thought about at all but which, statisticly added togather, again usualy without direct conscous thought, add up to and create the incentives that move decision makers to fasion policies that ultimately create conditions and markets, whether for peace or war, automobiles or solar cells, or what have you. =^^= .../\...

war is so obsolete.... there are so many other ways But... love is not always pure..... it can be a way to manipulate people/feelings......... love also has its backsides: love is blind, and we live in a time where we have to be AWAKE, and not naive.... one of my personal lesson here on earth is to be INDEPENDANT in my mind and body and spirit, from the system/matrix.... making love can actually, if done w the wrong person, trap me.... freedom is hard to get and keep, so many want to steel me freedom and make me "a woman" (=obssesed by makeup looks and romance and family and all this BULLSHIT). Every time i meet a guy (for sex or love) it's THE SAME FUCKING STORY: I end up being obseesed by my looks, full of insecurity and jealousy. WHERE IS THE GUY WHO DON'T CARE ABOUT MY HAIRY LEGS? not on this planet i guess.... so FUCK LOVE! love is FAKE, it is just a way from the system to make us insecure and to buy more stuff (clothes, cars, cool stuff) to try to get some.......... love.... what a MINDFUCK. love have been hijacked by the system. we have to REINVENTE LOVE...............
Precisely, Love is blown out of proportion, it comes then it goes. People put it in your heads that you have to "get some" when actually it is very much insignificant.
i think that "true love" is pure. theres other kinds of love though, like how you love your family, friends, pets, or a hobby. those other "mind fucks" that you listed are misconceptions that are simply labeled as love. i agree that those are superficial, but real love still exists, and can only be reinvented by those who believe that
Yup until either another intelligent specie makes it known that Humans are not the only superior being. But hey atleast we will most likely stop fighting ourselves.
you see the problem is it isn't just a matter of saying "i'd rather have love then hate or or war", or "i don't MEAN to cause suffering". it takes looking at priorities objectively, really rigorously objectively at the kind of incentives they actualy create. and too many people don't want to do that. they keep inventing and joining all kinds of beliefs and idiologies and so on as excuses not to. this has nothing to do with whether or not what nontangable may exist or what it might or might not be like. there may be all kinds of things and probably are. but people just keep using that as an excuse to hide behind because very few people understand the real value and rewards of what we keep screwing ourselves out of. then of course there's the usualy unvoiced and rediculously unfounded paranoia that if we fix anything we won't have something to complain about and "how could we have any fun without that". these are the real reasons we still have wars. and as soon as enough people get their heads out of their assess about them, then we won't anymore. and there's absolutely no reason that can't or won't happen. just of couse as it may seem hopeless to expect that it will. =^^= .../\...

there are certainly better theings then ROMANTIC love and war. better things then sex and money too. or short sightedly wallowing in gratuitous emotionalism at all. you want real? landforms and the shapes, colors and textures of objects are real. the mutual coerciveness of human society is crap from one end to the other. rocks and trees and little furry creatures with big sharp teeth, and even some of our artifacts too, these things are reall. better then sex or money. yah and that don't mean they have to not exist or be represed for them to either. but a world in which unlimited creativity and exploration were to be not only permitted but openly encouraged by heart felt emotional and cultural values and not having to worry about anything else other then to avoid causing suffering and harm. that's what the real love the real 'hippies' were all about was and is. not some fanatical priesthood, with or without worshipping the orgasm or the abscence of it either one. =^^= .../\...
peace doesn't need to be 'brought', 'war' just needs to stop being made. which has always been what the "make love" instead, is all about. =^^= .../\...

this assumes (among other things) there is always going to be someone to fight it. while it is quite probable that the ending of it will not come about deliberately or because anyone does or does not want it to, many things that have been arround for a very long time in terms of human life, haven't been arround all that long at all in terms of anything else, and even in terms of the history of our species as a species, yes there WAS a time before soverignty, when villages and cultures had NOT yet discouvered/invented the 'sport' of organized warfare. isn't death just soooo exciting and romantic, when it's someone else's turn to do the dying. people don't want you to belive a thing can chainge when they think they've got such a good thing going from its not doing so. and then there's suckers to go along with them on the popular but improbable fantasy that if someone else is getting something out of it maybe they will too. but reality does not require ignorance any more then it requires rocket science. that is why i don't see war as any less capable of going the way of trillobite then anything else that has. all sorts of things could happen to make wars unfightable, and there's nothing to stop any of them from doing so. no guarantee as to when, that much i do have to grant you, but that much only, because all things do either pass or transform, eventualy. =^^= .../\...
