Whats up with this ugly bitch ?? She keeps going to Africa to bring children back here.. Guess all the ones here that need good homes aren't good enough for her tramp ass.. Course if she adopted little Mary the white girl here that needs a home that wouldn't get her in the news..

I don't know, but I've often wondered that about celebrities and why they adopt children from overseas when there are plenty here that need homes.

But I think you're right, many times it's for the publicity.

 

Yup. It's not like they will notice the expenses, or the extra work, since the nanny looks after them anyway. It's the "in" thing to do.

 

What's wrong with her adopting kids from Africa? I dont know Madonna, so I dont know what her reasons for adopting a child from Africa are, but I would imagine that the reason why celebrities choose to adopt kids from these places instead of adopting kids from here is because the standard of living there is way worse than in this country and the state doesnt provide the same protection for children without a family. I cant speak from experience how things are in Africa, but in DR you can see a 4 year old hanging out alone, barefoot at 1am in a gas station and it's completely normal. I've never seen that here.
I dont see how adopting a child from Africa would be more newsworthy than adopting a child from here. I dont see why it's such a big deal for people where she decides to adopt a kid from.

 

I'm sure the child who's getting a home is not complaining about a nanny being the one looking after him/her.

Again there are plenty of homeless childern right here that need loving homes and don't get them.. It has nothing to do with Africa at all.. Yes they need homes too.. Can't we worry about the homeless here first ?? If she adopted a child from Ohio, she would not make headline news, and thats what it's all about for her..

If anything I think it would cause MORE of a media coverage since celebrities dont seem to really adopt kids from here. Also the media will cover anything a celebrity like Madonna does. It doesnt really matter if she's adopting a child or getting a cup of coffee, they'll make a big deal out of everything, to give people something to talk about and distract themselves with.

You seem to be really close friends with Madonna, that you know why she does things and how, please say hello from me, next time you guys hang out.

Also,Personally I could see adopting from out of country before adopting from here.. yes, there are children who need homes here- but, as much of a shamble that our foster system is it is leaps and bound ahead of many other countries.

 

A lot of things would be better. I dont see why because there are better things to do, it makes it bad for her or anyone to adopt a child from Africa.

I think what the world needs is people not caring so much about what celebrities do or dont do.

Reminds me of Spielberg when he adopted several nigs and the timetable coincided with the coming of his movie Amistad. Great publicity stunt. And 18 + girl here needs to be adopted???
